    Dad just called… now they say he’s got stage 3 kidney disease.. after I get out of shop for u joint replacement and PM, I’m headed back home…

    Hope the findings are defined and treatable. Took them 3 months to determine I needed a stent on the large
    left return lime to my heart... Cardiogram, Nuclear stress test. Echo cardiogram, then a Catherization, and inserted a stent...

    First, you make a roux. At least that's how my cousins in Houma, CutOff, Galliano, and Slidell do it. The part about just throwing in whatever is handy sounds right. No okra in the gumbo though. Fried okra on the side, maybe a dish of boiled okra if you can stand it.
