Exterminator is coming next week. That’s the first step. Insurance should cover the foundation. They will send an adjuster back out sometime in the next couple weeks. Then we will go from there. I’m not sure how to get the work done with dad in the shape he’s in. So honestly it may wait until that’s not an issue
