I had someone do almost this exact same thing to me not far from where this video was taken. Was in Cedar Rapids, Ia on 380. I was in the center lane and someone came down the entrance ramp and ran straight over into my lane. There was a car passing me on the left (that I didnt know about) and allegedly ran him off on to the shoulder when I dodged the "dumb ###". Safety dept said the guy called the cops, but the cops wouldnt take the report, so they called the company. I told safety "that should tell you something". I dont think I hit him, there was no scuff marks anywhere on my trailer.
