they’ve done cut the rate $650/load.
I am not down as much as they are but I pretty much split the middle.
I unloaded in grand island, got a 350 mile DH but the load will bring me 30 miles from home, unloads Sunday after dinner.
Then swap to Dryvan life for a load and drop the same day. It’s only 25 mile DH from home.
I’m surprised they accepted my rate, and said it could turn into several more loads.
What if it Snows?

God will never give his people trials in which he will not sustain them and bring them through to everlasting glory. Paul said in 1 Corinthians 15:10, “But by the grace of God I am what I am, and his grace toward me was not in vain.
Until you read the book of Job
Trials of Job
Loss of Property and Wealth:
- Livestock loss: Job's livestock, including oxen, donkeys, and camels, are taken or destroyed by raiders and natural disasters.
- Loss of servants: Job's servants are killed in various incidents.
- Death of his children: Job's sons and daughters are killed when a strong wind collapses the house where they were celebrating.
- Skin sores: Job is afflicted with a painful skin condition, possibly described as boils or sores, that cover his body.
- Physical agony: Job experiences intense pain and suffering throughout his ordeal.
- Accusations from friends: Job's friends try to comfort him but instead accuse him of sin and suggest his suffering is a deserved punishment.
- Isolation: Job feels alone and abandoned, even by his closest friends.
- Questioning God's justice: Job grapples with the question of why a just God would allow such suffering to befall an innocent person.
- Search for meaning: Job seeks to understand the purpose and meaning of his suffering.

Well I'm on a load I should have rejected. But after 18+ calls of "the load is gone" I took this one. Sitting at Sam's club DC with Olive oil. I'm in a door. But have little faith.
I would have been better off deadheading to Ohio from maybrook NY or picking up a load that was a day later at the time in the north NYS.homeskillet, exhausted379, Dale thompson and 11 others Thank this. -
And a careful reading of Job would suggest that it was written by 2 different people
Life just sucks sometimes........but most of the time it's pretty ok.
Only a self-centered fool would presume to think God watches over their every movement or be concerned about what they've
done or haven't done.
It's your life, do your best......that's what God tells me anyway.Friend, homeskillet, exhausted379 and 6 others Thank this. -
