Dad’s not doing well at all now.
Tired/exhausted. Can’t eat much without throwing up some.
He went to get up earlier to go to bathroom, with his walker, Made it about 2 steps and went to going down, had to grab him to keep him from falling and have him ease back the two steps and ease him back in the recliner.
He’s weak enough now it’s hard to even hold a bottle of water.

He’s still 71 until September but the last couple years has been rough. 4 months after his bladder removal surgery and maybe another 2.5 until we figured out the best way to make the urostomy bag stay on without leaking. Can go 7-9 days instead of 1-3 with the wafer and bags vs the stoma glue type bags.

It’s been getting worse the last couple months, but this month he’s went down quick, now can’t even get up, as he can’t eat, so no strength.
It’s painful not being able to do anything and not knowing what to do, basically can do nothing.

The Ayatollah ###$holas ain’t quite as tough as the Smart Peoples was leading us to believe— 2 days and the ignorant MF’ers are on their knees if they’re even alive— maybe apply that to some that don’t work but protest

Definitely, it’s the tiny hat guys for the WIN! There will be no ground action in this fight with them being 2000 miles apart and to lose your top Air Force brass doesn’t put you in the best position for big retaliation or perimeter defense.

 

Can you get him into home hospice? He sounds like he's at that point. They may have better care options. Since they go down this road often. Unlike us who, thankfully, don't do it often.
