It's laundry day. Still sitting at home. Well laundromat, then home.

I have been on blood pressure pills for 18 years. It's better to do that than stroke out. I could stop drinking coffee. No, just no.

 

One is lisnopril, one is an acid reducer, and one is tadalafil(cialis). The cialis lowers Bp as much or more than the lisinopril, and it helps me not pee like an old man. It gives the added bonus of being able to drive nails with it. The acid reducer is the newest new comer. I’m fairly certain it’s from the stress of everything that’s been going on lately. But I don’t see the stress going away anytime soon.

 

You I forgot. I also have a water pill too, makes me pee more. Less fluid, less blood, easier for heart to pump. It's in the Lisinopril pill.

Here lately, we has a problem. Dont eat late. Dunno exactly when cutoff time is. I eat and later go to bed, within an hour of sleeping, wake up like your throwing up, you won’t, just the serious acid reflux I guess, only happens at night. Ate at like 630 the last couple nights, wake up around midnight.

Guess it’s now breakfast/lunch.
Just change the time to eat, receivers and shippers can wait on me for lunch now.
