    The Stevens truck comes with an Apu and 2 plug 1k Watt inverter. I plan to get an electric skillet and crock pot for cooking. Plus a coffee pot. The shop will install the fridge when I buy one. But I will try out just using a cooler first. Can't wait to smell my chili cooking as I drive.

    1 kw will challenge you to find appliances that dont kick it during start up. My inverter is the wrong flavor of juice for my instapot and I have a Penske lease with no bunk heat so I went back to the known solution which is the predator genny...tons of options with it just gotta chain it so it doesn't grow legs.
    If you buy devices at a store plug in to your inverter before you leave in case you have to return it
