What if it Snows?

I usually have a slice of flying j pizza in my pocket for emergencies like that.

 

A bunch of it up here is owner/manager dependent........ Some are open for sit down.

Just called Rib Eye up and they are open for sit down. Just may be a wait for a table because the have to do the skip booth thing for distancing.

The local diner we hit in Centralia is open for sit down with half the tables pulled out.

Most of the Burger kings are drive through only no lobby service, but some McDonalds have Lobby service for to go only.

 

Old growth is a relative term. I say in comparison to the age of the planet there is no such thing as an old growth forest.

 

Don't tell my bones that stuff.....

 

Good afternoon

 

I hope you plan on cleaning off that trailer before hitting our roadway.
I have a broom you can borrow, but it’ll be a long walk on you.
We have the faith though.

 

This is not a work on Truck day. This is a fishing day, a drive by the lake day. Motorcycle riding day, A play hooky day. A goof off day. Anything but a work on Truck day. 71 and sunny. Unbelievable

 

I thought about not telling this story, but it keeps repeating in my mind and I’ll just start laughing.

The inevitable question was asked, I been waiting to hear.

“Daddy, how’d you and mommy meet?”

me “Well baby girl, your mom liked by my big...”

ole lady “Don’t YOU Dare!!”

me “truck. And as you see, she still likes to yell at daddy for no apparent reason, but I know she don’t mean anything by it.”

Is that why I hear noises after beddy time?”

Me “Yep, she still yells at me for being innocent, but don’t worry, she gets tired of being mean after a while and just goes to sleep, you know me, I can put up with it.”

“You should be nicer, mommy.”

then the attention span went back to playing.

But I got an evil look, I told her I had a bodyguard. I wasn’t scared.

I always get in trouble.
I’m just glad I’m a quick thinker.

 

And just a heads up at 1100 this morning the thermometer was showing 36f... got a couple of iced over buckets outside.
