Okay: there are a pair of lights on each side of the tail of a trailer. 4-way flashers and turn signals are the same lights, which are the outside lights. The brake lights are the inside lights. They are separate lights.

The only time they are the same is on some trailers pulled by cars. On those, the same lights get brighter with both flashers and brakes. But not on semi trailers.

My old 85 vette, put the 4ways on and the brakes, the 4ways wouldn't flash. Though it might have been an electrical problem. So there's that.

BTW I'm on my way to your neck of the woods, Auburn WA this week.

I deliver Friday morning. Hoping for a quick reload out to keep running all weekend. Last time they had me reload all the way out in Richland WA, so just not sure right now. If I get stuck I might be over at the Emerald.

I'm off Fridays, if you're around, there's a cup of coffee with your name on it...

Thank you. The best coffee in the world is brewed up in the Northwest. I"m also excited to film some greenery, been mostly down in the Southwest all summer.

Part of my 'real life' pretrip will be visiting the Kent truckstop, down the street from which is a bikini/lingerie coffee kiosk. See if those girls will let me film them lol.

Ernie's. I was in there Sunday morning around 2:00 am grabbing a quick snack, on my way from Kent to Lacey to end my day.

I remember cars being wired that way, but never a trailer, at least not one that I've ever seen.

Maybe someone that's been driving since before I was born like @'olhand can enlighten us. :)
