    Correct, my thread details buying a truck and leasing ON to a carrier, using THEIR authority.

    Double Yellow got his own authority.

    In both threads, though lengthy - time consuming, may allow you to avoid expensive mistakes. Some reading between the lines is necessary.

    Banks view this industry as high risk for good reasons.
