The DOT number or MC number would be normally on the side of the truck, sometimes under the name and other times on the sleeper. If it's a Mexican co. it would be an MX number.

That was just a trucking outfit I found when I googled "ALA", I also looked it up on safer web and wow, pretty scary!
Looks like the truck (2007 International) either runs local NC or just happens to always get nailed by DOT close to home.
