Are they behavioral interview questions or are they more or less focusing on time management and safety? I recently got my CDL-A permit and I am now filling out applications online. I'm thinking Prime and Swift. I know i am going to get a lot of prime/swift bashing but I am a hardworking man. Had the same job for thirteen years... just looking for something different for the next 15 years

All they are concerned about is work history and in your case MVR.Your not going to be asked any questions unless it's about your application.

You'll be fine, man. You're asking all the right questions and seem to be level headed. Good luck.

Whatever they ask, just be honest. A lot of the interview also tells them if you have integrity. They really don't care that much about your past, unless you lie about it. Once the lieing starts, the trust is gone, and it will never work out. In todays age I could even find out just about anything about you for a few bucks. They will probably be looking at your criminal & driving record while they are talking to you, so you can claim memory lapse, but you'll be a lot better off playing it strait. If your honest and strait up, and they say no, then F 'em, go to the next one.

I have yet seen a trucking company give a proper interview with the profiling questions. So as others say, don't lie.

The one industry where you don't get interviewed. You could consider your interview your few day orientation before you start rolling the miles.
