    About to grab a trailer with a lo-pro 22.5
It says 120PSI on the neck at 60MPH?
So what pressure do I run at 75?
Sorry, new tire to me, and the 60MPH thing has me thrown off?

Look up the tire inflation table for the tire manufacturer. That’ll tell you the correct info.

I was told by my tire and alignment guy to run my tires 10-15% higher than the pressure on the sidewall. That gave me the best mileage out of them and they ran cooler.

    Rideandrepair Thanks this.

I have mine standing on their toes, 110 in all 22.5 low pros, super singles are 120.

    100 when cold
Or run them right up and get slightly better mpg while wearing out the tread unevenly while increasing risk of a blow out

HOLY ALL OVER THE PLACE BATMAN!

When I asked about steers, everyone said run them high...

Lets see, two votes for 100PSI, 1 for 110 and one for 132....

    Concorde and Rideandrepair Thank this.

Rule of thumb is the faster you run, the higher the inflation should be. Anything over 65 or 70 really needs to be set close to max. I run 100 in steers. Anything more beats the Truck up. Drives and trailer 110. That’s the max I can get from my Trucks air supply.

I run my 16 ply steers and my super singles at 125PSI. I carry an air pump to fill the tires.

    Rideandrepair and RStewart Thank this.
