WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON WITH RATES IN CALI????

I’m my opinion. The value that you put to any type of work or any way of doing business is up to YOU. You will put a value to you source of money according with your needs and expectations, therefore your way or my way of doing business can’t be rated by someone else.
Having said that, the problem start when you or I do something based on bad information, ignorance , or fear. And as a result , we cause more damage to others such as our families , our credit , our well being , and to other people in this industry. For instance, for me my FREEDOM is priceless and being a 100% independent is PRICELESS!!! But at the same time I have to be responsible not just for me , but for other like me who are in this business. I can’t lower my rates just because is my business! That is the biggest reason we must educate ourself .
