Do all that, get struck with a meteorite at 38, still dead.

I'll enjoy life, and all the pleasures of it, instead. I'll be just as dead, but at least I'll be happy in the meantime.

No, they butcher it BEFORE they make jerky out of it!

Do you have a stop that has a microwave? I like the Tyson pre cut chicken you get in the refrigerated section. Carry a small soft taco shell or two with you in a cooler with some shredded cheese and lettuce and you have two or three chicken tacos in about one minute. Drain the meat well, then you can fold the shell end up and not spill anything, and its tasty.

Hey, serious question. How do you make your own jerky? Like for equipment, what is your startup cost?

I thought about going into making my own sausages and jerky. Yeah I know, two separate deals. I currently make my own beer at home.

Look up LEM. They make some of the best home equipment. If you want dedicated, that is. You can also use your oven, if it has a temp setting low enough.

Folks would have fewer problems with their guts if they ate naturally fermented vegetables as was common 100 years ago. My chief cook and bottle washer made a bucket of sauerkraut as well as some pickled zucchini today IMG_1065.JPG
