It's all about moderation and common sense. Personally, I try to avoid processed foods and sweetened drinks. You can make a lot of things better and tastier than the convenience type products.
A rule of thumb on food labels: The less ingredients the better and if you have no idea what that word is maybe you shouldn't eat it.
