I think that most people are all looking for the same things when it comes to finding a company to work for. I have come up with a list of those qualities we are looking for. Feel free to comment or add to the list below.
Without further wait, here is the list of what to look for in a company in no particular order:
Pay
Hometime
Benefits
CSA Score
Good Equipment
How the company treats the drivers
Perks on the road and in the yard
Quick turnaround on breakdown and maintenance
Reputation in the Industry
Lots of miles and freight to go around
Honesty from recruiters and Management

Quite the list but sad enough,you're not going to find all that with any specific company no matter how hard you try.But its always nice to dream.
