...and the "load's" only complaint was there weren't enough chains and binders...

Frozen chicken carcasses going from chicken plant to Purina for pet food. Even though frozen, my refer stank so bad even after a washout.

The worst I guess would be the nastiest. Load of non-edible chicken parts going to River Valley Animal Foods/Tyson in Robards Ky. I ran dedicated Tyson for years so obviously I’ve done it a bunch, however, this particular time the forklift operator punctured a container and left a calf deep pile in the trailer I then had to wash out.

    I've got 2.
In a semi, I hauled 34,000 lbs. Of beer bottle labels from Atlanta to Houston. IDK, that's just a lot of beer bottle labels.
Other one, before I was a truck driver, I had an occasional gig hauling 'human remains'. It was mostly to and/or from the closest airport, about 170 miles away. Anyway, when human remains are flown, there is a special and standard crate and pallet used. So, I never actual see the dead person. Anyway, being in the South, along the Mexican border, it is common to have border patrol check stations. I was going through one in a regular 3/4 ton cargo van, nothing special. As I pull up to the check point, the border patrol agent asks me if there is anyone else in the van. I replied: "Not alive", The agent gives me a quizzical look and I tell him "I am transporting human remains". After about 4 seconds, it dawns on him what I just said. The look on his face was priceless as he, in a VERY animated fashion, waved me through.
