What was your first Trucking company?

Parkhurst Manufacturing, Sedalia, MO. After one year I left for a union job.

 

My first company was Werner,3 yrs left because my pay was smaller then the trainees pay.I was hired to drive not sit.

 

J&O trucking all they forgot was the K&E on the end of name,on the way back from CA.the owners went on vac. forgot to leave com/ck.# with driver running show.

 

@ FFE 2 years, Kllm bought them out and they started talking about reducing contractor pay to kllm rates...and hell it was kllm moving in, I wanted out before they completely took over.

 

Schneider, stayed there for 5 months as a company driver after getting my CDL thru them, bought a truck and was with them as an O/O for another 2 months, left because back then they had forced dispatch on O/O trucks.

 

D&D Sexton, Carthage, MO.
18 months, left for Freymiller in OKC, work visa restrictions and more team miles. Nothing bad to say about either company.

 

Epes. Been here 3 years now. Did my homework and made a good choice. Good money, good home time, good equipment. No reason to leave unless some dream job falls out of the sky into my lap
