    Beer and trucking do not mix.

    Wheat bread / Turkey slices / Cheese
    Sometimes pre chopped salads from Walmart but they only last a day or two once opened.
    Cranberry juice / v8 juices /almond milk
    Peanut butter / pomegranate jelly
    Cucumbers/carrots/cellery
    Apricots/apples/peaches/pears
    And leftovers

    No refrigerator in my day cab. But my wife packs me a good lunch and has a beer waiting for me when I get home. Truck stop food is usually horrible.
