Can someone please tell me what the company is that sells mileage boosters? I'm sure there's more than one. My 2009 PB 389 gets terrible mpg. Any help appreciated. Thanks in advance!
what's it called??

turbo 3000 ?
http://www.thetruckersreport.com/tr...cks-eighteen-wheelers/42533-turbo-3000-d.html
My mileage went up after putting a ECM tuner on... something like Bully Dog. Just programming the ECM can make quite a differance, esp with Cat motors -
There is the turbo 3000. But seems to be a waste of cash. Almost equal the trucks specks is the driver. Make sure you use progressive shifting, watch flow of traffic( timing lights) avoid stopping(burn a bunch of fuel starting and getting back up to speed). And watch speed , every mile over 55 is about .01 mile per gallon . When time for new tires, check the rolling resistance rating(lower the better) . RR can cost up to .07 a mile. Trailer to back of cab gap helps(closer the better) . You paid to bust through the air once , try not to have to do it again. Know you may full well know all this . But posted because someone else may not.
Another thing is check the truck is healthy. Charge air cooler if leaking has a major effect on mpg. Dealers will say a small leak is in speck. Any leak has a effect. The aftermarket cac are made much better(Detroit radiator is one brand) . Some thing here are pricy but 1 mpg over a year is about 10,000 in extra profit! Good luck ! And be carful of any thing that pours in the tank! -
Got to say like the KP pic. Watched with the little girl. She's a freshman in college, time flies !

put on a single turbo manifold port and polished and a gateless turbo and a turbo blanket. that will get you better power and mpg. also if using your cruise hit the fuel pedal before you hit the bottom of a hill. you lose alot when running cruise and letting it work you up a hill. the quicker you get to the top the quicker you get off the fuel and the better your mpg will get. also tune your ecm as stated that will help alot also. personal i dont do that progressive shift crap all the time. if you need the power use the power lugging out the motor to get up a hill or to get to highway speed can cost you mpg alot of time instead of helping them. but if you are toping a hill dont run the rpms up so high. let the down side bring you up to speed
