I just started with Roehl in August. National Van fleet. It starts at .32 a mile. Reefer and flatbed are a couple more cents a mile. They have a good VA program as well. I won't tell you it's been great but I'm learning plenty and getting there. 2 weeks solo so far. Daytime, during the week Fleet Manager is great. Nighttime and weekend FMs ain't worth a ####. No hazmat or TWIC required. I just have a CDL and a passport. Neither of my trainers have any endorsements either.
