Speaking with a couple of Swifties and they were telling me that there is more an more "treat the driver like a child" rules.

I knew about the GOAL rule, and the beep the horn rule when backing. What else are they doing?

For every "really..? are you serious?" rule there are "really..? are you serious?" drivers that need them.

As a company driver I had to buy tire chains as some people were selling the ones that were given.

Rug Trucker you gotta kick it off by reporting the latest whacky childish rules you heard about from those Swifties with whom you spoke. Have you considered moving on from Swift, I get the feeling you don't like driving for them too much.

Some are required to include the trailer license number with the GOAL message on the qc.

    How does May 10th 2011 sound? :biggrin_25523:

Actually had guys saying many people are tired of the BS and being treated like a child. They are quitting because of that.

I know 2 who refuse to send the GOAL macro. One is company, other is L/O.

Scottied67 do you send the macro?

Yea that's true if your out of the Houston terminal. I told them that's enough I am not doing it and they told me they would write me up if I did not do it soooo I still don't do it.

Enough is enough.... They can just fire me I don't care.... I don't have the time to do this nor should I have to do this. They want proof I goal well I have not hit anything since I been here that should be good enough...

They can kiss my ###.... Tired of the crap... Better things to do than play games.....

My student does them but he is going to upgrade so I just wont back up :)
