Anyone add up their lost time due over the course of say 1 year due to waiting in fuel lines? I bet it's 70 hours. But it's ok since the company is paying you hourly for that... right?

When I was driving. It wasnt that hard to pull off. Almost like we need to be able to call the company of the driver and inform their dispatch.

Have dispatch tell the driver we are docking your pay $100 for parking on the pump. (just my 2 pennies)

Not too long ago I was taking my 10 at the Love's in Max Meadows, VA. I was parked directly facing the fuel islands. This dude pulled in next to my spot, to take his 10 as well. So anyway, we finished our breaks, did our pretrips, had a good bonding session, he gave me his wifes phone number, etc, and then he proceeded to pull forward and around to the fuel islands, get out, and do whatever inside and not fuel. WTF? Why would you do that? We had awesome spots, so if he was lazy AF, he could, oh well, never mind. It was a sleazy thing to do. That Love's is a horror show at all times, so him blocking the lane was just not cool beans.

Thats bs..the eld didn't force that driver to take their brk in the fuel island, a sense of entitlement and not caring about anyone but themselves forced them to.

Well it happened again same truck stop Flying J about 7:00 this morning pulled out of my spot to the fuel pump and there is a PRIME truck sitting there and his Timer is it 99 minutes 59 seconds it had rained during the night and underneath his trailer was all dry so I knew he had been there for a long time. I figured it out, these timers once they hit that 99 mark they just stop. Oh well after I filled up I backed up a little bit got right next to him and blasted my horn for about 15 seconds and left. Never done that before kind fun.

Lucky! And good fun. I wouldn’t be surprised if someone did something worse at 99m59s.
