    Who cares 1099 or not. The ####ing idiot driver was most likely on his phone and had one leg on the dash, making him physically and intellectually unavailable to drive the ####ing truck. He should be hung... in public.

    I see wet roads, and that area is a cluster #### because of all the exit/entrance ramps within close proximity to the St. Croix scales, which are on an uphill grade only adding to the slower traffic.

    And that scale house always keeps drivers guessing (although I haven't seen it open on weekends). Sometimes it's open in the morning,sometimes it's closed. I've seen it open as late as 9 pm at night a couple of times during the week around the summer (had to dodge it a couple times with Walmart loads out of Tomah,WI).
