Came back to the yard, bright-eyed, bushy-tailed, and ready to roll...... My tractor's getting a C service! So I'm gonna be rolling for Roanoke, VA, already an hour behind. On a Friday......

 

Hopefully not at the same time with those high speed pumps makin' rain.
Ain't heard a peep of complaint outta ya since you started your new end dumpin' job. That's good. Sounds like it agrees with ya. Had me a confusin' conversation yestday with some old yahoo what lives up in the Cheese state now. Which was probably inevitable cause he had a grandpap who was in the milk industry. This fella seems like he talks in code sometimes, what with his haphazard use of comma's and other niceties of punctuation and he's straight up handicapped with some awful accent. This fella claims that his forebears got over here a generation or two ahead of anybody else so's they could get a head start on losing the accent but I don't think they's real bright cause that accent ain't faded a bit.
Anyhow, I was having a conversation with him and he seemed to be talking in code when he asked me who somebody was. I mean, heck, I'm standing right in front of him and he asked me who I was ! .... I was plumb sure he recognized me and was asking one of those rhetorical questions. So since it looked to me like he'd slid into talking code, I answered him back in code. Figured he wanted to talk like that. Well, come to find out, the old boy got thrown for a loop and didn't understand what I meant, so I gave it to him straight yestday, with no code thrown in. I hope he understands me this time. He keeps threatening me with wanting to run team with me.
