I keep going back and forth about what to do. Every time I get ready to do something they get me out on a decent run!! Well except for having to go thru ATL 2x's today!! Lol! In Carnesville for a 10. Fixin' to throw some groceries down my neck!!

Thank you. I missed it dadgumit. I just started driving again at 1 am EST. So now it's 4:30 am EST and I'm at Clinton OK. Exit 71. Gonna get a sub here in a minute and gotta roll. These run's don't have much wiggle room. These things ain't fast either so both drivers have to keep chasing after the clock. I appreciate it very much but the odds are really bad that I will ever have the time available to meet/wait/hurry up to meet anyone here. The things we do to get a little paycheck is ..... well, it's mildly annoying at times eh ? But that would be great. I thought that I was gonna be able to see one of our mutual friends three weeks ago but that didn't work out either. The fella claims he done gave you some directions for sneaking in and out of somewhere way way out West. Yeah. That guy. I gotta go. Yee Haw ! Wagons rolling West. I better go catch it.

LOL you're probably right about the sisterhood in trucking, sad but true. I haven't been on any website much these past weeks, too much going on and working like a slave both at trucking and the home 20.
I keep saying I need a smaller place and it's really true, but 25 yrs in one spot makes it almost impossible to make a move for me anyway.

 

Yeah... I figured you were busy... heck... I should take a break of this forum and take care of my things too....
But hey... just wanted to comment... you said you have been at your place "too" long and now it makes it impossible to move... I guess that's one of the reasons I don't want a place yet... I don't know any place where I would like to live till I die...

Hey... gotta go do dishes and take a shower... drove all night... over 10 hrs... and couldn't sleep much yesterday.... driving at nights messes up with my body... If I am not exhausted after my shower, will post a couple pictures here or so... Shall see... Take care..

 

Alabama has been home all my life and I finally have my house as close to the way I want it as I can get it. It took a year to remodel it along with a lot of money. I love the privacy the acreage provides but it comes at a cost. I've had an idea for almost 40 years and maybe it's time to implement it. I'd like to build a travel trailer (rolling home) using a house hold movers trailer as a base and make it into a full time house and sell my current property. That way I could travel and see my different family members which are scattered to the 4 winds and sill have my own home. I'd have a semi permanent base here where I would continue to work 9 months or so a year. Then drop my dump trailer and hit the road for parts unknown. Anyway not sure I will manage it but I am thinking hard about it. What do you think.
