Where Are You Continues, Again.....

Why would you want to see a Doctor? Doctors always tell me there is no hope for me. Wait a sec are you talking about a Medical Doctor not a Shrink? Perhaps that is my problem visiting the wrong PhDs......

 

I'm overdue for checking my thyroid levels. Like way overdue. I done give up on the shrink wrap kind. They pretty much agree that I'm beyond help of modern medicine technology. Not a real surprise for the folks here, eh ? How's your building project going J ?

 

Playing at being electrician and carpenter today.......

Literally tearing down some walls that I will rebuild and put back up...

Going to have some folks come in and do spray on closed cell insulation to stop the condensation on the metal walls and ceiling. So I am getting everything ready for that. Need to get the new conduit in and all the electric boxes in before they do that. The main breaker panel needs to get changed out cause the one that is in there was made by a company has been identified as a fire hazard.....

 

Yes I'd have to agree on the lonely level being higher since there are fewer women then men out here. There has never been a sisterhood since there have been so few women running solo or being O/O. Just in the past decade there has been an increase in solo women and O/O.
I know that I'm a hard person to deal with since I have a one track mind when I'm in the truck. Go get there get the next load and keep moving until I'm ready to come home. Time is money so I don't like wasting it. I have little in common with most women unless they are driven to succeed as I am which hasn't been an easy road.
I've tried training both men and women a few times and I just don't have the patience for it. Common sense is something that many people lack.
I never cared to hang out with a couple since that's the 3rd wheel syndrome.
I don't know about you but I've always been careful about spending any time with the men since the majority are married and I never wanted to be considered a home wrecker. Plus I don't want anyone getting the wrong idea about me as a person. The long and short of it is that men talk about their "activities" and that makes them look like a stud muffins and then the women are considered sleeper leapers. It's never been "fair" but it's getting better. Then there is the matter of safety that you have to consider.
For me I've always been harder on a woman's performance as a driver than a man because for me, if she looked bad it makes me look bad and have to work that much harder just to be considered "equal" in my professional abilities.
