Where Are You Continues, Again.....

And I thought I had no more "news" for today... but then this...





I used the air line to inflate the only tire in the trailer that is missing the air hose from the air system cause it was 90 psi... and when I tried to put the glad hand back in its place... the thing broke off in my had...
And I wanted to take my shower and cook after that.. now... waiting for the repair person who will be within 2 hrs or so.... but I don't want to be in the middle of my shower when they arrive... Gosh... I'm having TOO MUCH FUN here...

 

Hey... don't need to "hate" vacations.... they are necessary sometimes... to refresh, recharge, relax... and they don't need to be expensive.... not necessarily...
But hey.. who am I to say those things...? I never take vacations... not because I hate them... but because I am "workaholic"... and saving money for the rainy days...
Besides, I took all the "vacations" I wanted when I was younger.... oh yeah....
And one more thing... when I go to Brasil... it's NOT VACATION... not at all... Seeing my dad is great but those trips... I go there to deal with "problems", pay taxes, spend lots of money, have headaches... visit doctors... and not to say that I never know if I will survive and come back...
But people in general think I am taking a vacation... Yeah... right...

I could use a week off. Two days to get rested and do laundry, then do somthing fun w/the family the other 3.

I know that I'm where I'm supposed to be right now. But I'm gettin' old and tired, and I don't even run 1/10th as hard as you do.

Anyway, thanks for posting the pictures. Always nice to hear from ya.

BTW, I don't like MA either, truck OR car. I left there for good 35 years ago, and never looked back......

 

Yes sir... IMO trucking is not good on anybody's health... I have been doing this for only 10 yrs and can feel the decay it has caused in my body, my appearance and my health...
And I can only imagine for someone who has family, wife and kids... how hard it must be to not be with your loved ones when you want and need... that's not healthy either...
Family and social life is important... for we are social "animals"... right? I mean... I am an exception of that rule...

I don't like the whole American northeast... too cold in the winter....

 

And 2 hrs have gone and the repair guy didn't show up... So, I called... And he said... "Oh... I'll be there in 30 mins..."
Ok.... then, he showed up just to say that he didn't have the part to replace....
So, I called my boss and my boss told him to go get the part at Love's nearby.... cause Love's said they had it...
I wonder if the repair guy will come back... but I'm still waiting... with no shower... and in need for I nap... if I get to drive after midnight tonight...
And I just start to wonder if this repair guy can do this job...
There are 2 trailer repair places nearby on this same street but they will open tomorrow... and I almost hope that the repair guy doesn't do this job and I get this done with one of those places tomorrow.... I have more confidence in them....
