Dang. I haven’t been into a place in awhile that smells that strongly of stale cigarette smoke. It must be the casino.

 

I think it’s like a cab. People just spill their beans because they know in a short time they might never see you again. People have told me things that have left me in shock for days.

 

So sometimes you are a cheap therapist?

Does that make it o.k. for you to reroute to the nearest police station/mental facility?

I thought about taking you there when we ate. I know I could use one of those pretty jackets that lets you hug yourself.

Hi y'all! Just got back home from four consecutive runs on the "Triangle of Pain". I'm home soaking in the tub.

Back out tomorrow for a Dayton to Chicago, then taking a long weekend off.

I've been cooking brown rice and veggies in the truck for meals, trying to get more sleep, and exercising daily by running up and down the ladder on the tank trailer. Full body workout, especially at my current weight!

This all seems to be improving my mental health status.

@otterinthewater-- Say this to your talker, when you're driving through a remote area:

"Yeah, the last trainee I had was quite a talker. Even kept talking for about two minutes after the point of the ice pick came out his other ear".....
