Made it here with 6 minutes to spare. Less than 10 hours to delivery, so......we'll see. Every time I get an oil load, I gotta wait.

Still snowing in Beaver. Google maps shows the road through Cove Fort as “red.”

Shower, breakfast burrito at Valerie’s, coffee, and then probably going to have to throw iron when I get up there.

I was kinda hoping chaining season was over. I’ll see what Utah DOT says over 511.

 

Yeah, I was in 85º weather in TX yesterday, when I get a message from payroll (based in SD) that they're running payroll a day early due to "the snowstorm", so get your paperwork in. (????) I was like, "Dude, SERIOUSLY??? In APRIL???."

 

It’s been many years since I ran out West,but I’ve seen it snow the first week of may in Wyoming.

 

Here in Maine the locals told me of getting snow in June! yuck!

 

True enough. And I remember one year in the Northeast we had a "Green Christmas" and a "White Easter", just not a SNOW-STORM like they're expecting out west. Caught me off guard.....

 

Mother Nature can sure be fickle. We set a new record for rainfall last year. Problem is most of it came in the last 3-4 months. I’m going kick these last two off tomorrow, and take a week off. From the looks of my yard I’ll need two weeks.

 

You pay for the mileage and I would be very happy to mow your yard for free.
