Well thankfully our next 10 day out look appears that the bomb cyclone will only bring us rain. Our septic is back to functioning. The new hot water heater will be installed, it will be nice to have a shower that doesnt run cold after 5 seconds of being hot.

Today will be around 55F and sunny. Hopefully get rid of the 8 inches of snow that has for the moment killed spring. Yet life is showing potential

Was headed for LA. Another driver couldn’t figure out his clock so we had to swap loads and now I’m headed to Cheyenne. It looks like I’ll be behind the storm far enough to miss the most of it. Just going to be a bit windy on the 80.

    Training update:

New trainee is doing better. He’s smoothing out and seems to be finding his feet under him. I’m still a long way from sleeping while he’s driving, but I think he’ll get there. He seems to be a good candidate to run teams after he’s done training to continue to get experience. My DM will get him with a well experienced driver to continue getting him experience.

Yeah I saw that article. Freightliners are putting a bed under the sunroof. Seemed more like a childs bed. Guess this means drivers will get 8 hour shifts with team.

chopper103in, Rocks, 062 and 1 other person Thank this.

The training 3 guys did for NASA was insane to get their compatibility right. How’d you’d like to run like that. No chance I’d do that. It sounds like hell

BigBob410, chopper103in, Rocks and 3 others Thank this.
