For those of you traveling in PA, VA, DE, NY, NJ and surroundings.... are you aware of the Spotted Lanternfly Quarantine...? We are supposed to have/ carry a permit, logs, inspect equipment every time we stop at any of the places on the list, log the inspection and a few other things... and those who do not carry permit or do not comply, will be fined $20,000 !!!!
