Yup, headed to Catalina tomorrow, hope the weather is nice this time

Yesterday I took US-30 from Joliet, IL allllll the way to Mansfield, OH..... I think it was one hr wasted at traffic and freakin lights.... in IL and IN.... will never do that again... I rather pay the toll and stay on I-80....

 

And today, another delivery at another mud hole...

 

And I thought I was done with trailer problems.... wishful thinking...
Going to drop this trailer tomorrow with one bad tire on the rack under it...
And this evening, after post trip, found a little hole on another tire... leaking pretty bad.... gotta have it fixed right after my 10 here.... Hopefully they will be able to put a plug or patch so I will not have to carry 2 tires again....
Can't wait to drop this "cursed trailer"...

 

And today something very weird on the road....
I was hoping to post the images from my dash cam.... but MYSTERIOUSLY, the images disappeared.... the clip is not there.... the images change from mile marker 50 to mm 36....
This is what happened.... going thru AWFUL traffic jam in Cincinnati vicinity, heavy traffic going about 20 25 mph, all the sudden, A WOMAN comes running in the middle of the traffic.... she looked desperate, almost deranged.... as if she were going thru a pretty bad acid trip.... she ran thru the vehicles from one side of the road to the other... putting her hand on her head as if she were crazy.... all vehicles had to slow down but everybody kept going.... she ran to the median and kept looking around with a desperate face.... I wonder if she was running away from something or someone or if she was looking for something she lost... but I couldn't stop to ask... I just hope that she wasn't hit by any vehicle...
Later today, I browsed all my videos from this afternoon, and the video clip is gone... totally disappeared.... But I know... she was real... I heard folks talking on the CB about this "crazy" woman running like mad in the middle of heavy highway traffic....

 

Now parked at another rest area in KY... y'all have a good evening, night and day...

 

As to the tractor. I havent even used the stethoscope (for mechanics) to find out which cylinder it is that is pounding. Figure that out and I wont have to pull the others.

 

I have a stethoscope (for doctors).... I have used it before to find where weird noises in the truck were coming from... but it didn't work very well....

 

Got trailer tire fixed this morning after 5:30 hrs waiting.... Then, dropped loaded trailer at my company's warehouse in TN... grabbed an empty... was going to wait till midnight to head to my "hometime hotel" in TN but found out one of the lights on top of the trailer is not working....
So.... there I go again to TA for another repair... checked in at the front desk at 1 pm but they said it will be around 10 or 11 pm when they will be able to call me....
