Yes I normally stop at the one in McKinney on the way down from Fort Smith, but they canceled the load.
I stopped at a winco on the way to Houston. The prices are about the same as Walmart.

    Rocks Thanks this.

Oh... I checked their website... looks pretty good and more food than Walmart... more variety of food... and I bet they have a health food section....

    062 Thanks this.

I don’t know about the health food section, but they have probably twice as much produce. They have 3-4 different kinds of pre-made salads. A couple different kinds of pasta salads.

    Rocks Thanks this.

Yeah... I see... the dry cold is like a pain killer for your arthritis.... that alone is a great reason to live up there.
Most people I see here in America have much more tolerance for cold than folks down there in Brasil.... Temps in Brasil never go below 50F.... at least I don't remember... it's a matter of acclimatization I guess.. plus it must have to do with gens as well.... and body type....
I can't stand temps below 40F.... it's hurtful.... on my skin, my bones.... that's all I have... bones and skin... :biggrin_25523:
Glad you are happy up there... it must be beautiful in the "summer"....

I worked in a computer room for several years. It was a challenge to be not in that temperature controlled environment. After I left, it took about 2 years to get my body tolerant of "normal" outside temperature swings.

    Feedman and 062 Thank this.

I’ll most likely head out next week with a trainer and after a month I’ll try Western 11 and run @otterinthewater off the road

From my experience they don’t use their mirrors. It would have to be pure luck. :D
