I axed my little buddy if’n he talks moose. This is what he had to say.

I had a Chiweenie and his dad ( the weiner dog part ) and a Lhasa Apso all at the same time. I could usually understand the other two but the chiweenie was always inscrutable. Had a hard time communicating with him.
