I've had a LONG week.. one 16 exempt and all 14's or close to.. worked on the yard for a minute (a few hours, LoL) with the kid and the wife, and helped my lawyer do some rewiring at her house. I know, sounds odd, but... she's a friend of the family for years, been good to us beyond billable hours, and ... the barter system was a good thing. When good was good, ya know? Just kinda beat... probably be awake in a few hours and peruse again.. just tired. @Mike2633 went to work with a 104 degree F fever... yeah. He's resting, methinks.

I'm glad you are sifting through stuff as you can.... not being rushed and eating well. You are always in our thoughts and prayers, 'm'lady. Wife says hiya as well. I showed her the food pics and she's on a cooking spree, haha!

 

I know what you mean... friends and neighbors helping each other... this place here is just like that too.... actually most of the folks in this little town/ village belong to the same family... they all know each other... My dad's lady here was born in this place and everybody knows her... She had 8 kids.... And each kid had kids... and she has many sisters and brothers.... it's all a big family...
But I am not saying that is my family because they are not.... but that is another story...
Poor @Mike2633 ... that guy is like a "superman"... but he needs to take care of himself... rest some so he can get better soon...

Me going to bed right now... if the mosquitoes let me sleep.... must keep the fan on all night (hope the power will not go out).... and leave the lights on.... and still... must cover myself so they don't bother me too much...

 

The weather is beautiful here in town, up north yesterday there was areas that was just below freezing, but not bad except for around `100 miles of fog, but at least id did not turn into ice fog.

I am surprised that mosquitoes are that bad there as dry as the climate is.
I know they can be a pain, especially when you are trying to sleep. I have got up and moved the truck to find pullouts on top of hills before, because of them little blood suckers. The tops of the hills usually has enough breeze to keep them at bay.

 

I just heard an unsettling thing about Mooses’. Wait a sec...Is that the plural for Moose? Turns out they have poor eyesight and longer front legs. I wonder if the other animals make fun of them?

 

I don’t want to steal Dave’s truck stop game show. But I saw this today and had to ask you guys...
