No doubt cutting stimulants will help, but it's been my experience diet and exercise affect my BP more than any nic or caffeine I've consumed. I use 4ml of 24mg juice a day and my BP was near normal at my last MD visit last month. 110/85 if I recall.

I was 160/100 a couple weeks ago. I eat a lot of sodium so I cut back on that and didn’t see much difference.
I put off vaping for about 4hrs and it dropped to 140/90. I then took a hit and it started climbing in just a few seconds.

Lots of homeless on the streets.. they bring chairs, mattress, shelves, etc, etc... and make their home under the marquise... but don't see anybody crapping on the streets like in LA... :biggrin_25512:

See these scooters everywhere.. no idea what they are for and how people use them....

    See these bikes too...

I know I am not young any more... but when people offer their seat to me in a jammed crowded subway train and someone else tells me that I can take advantage of the senior ride and ride a bus for free... (that's for 60 yr old and older).. I realize... gosh... I must look old... :biggrin_1square1:
BTW.. I am not 60 yr old.... yet..

I know how you feel. I have always been mistaken for older than I was, even when a kid, maybe because a I generally ran around with people 10 or more years older than I was. It never bothered me when I was 16 and never carded at any bar, but when I was in my early 50's and people started offering me senior discounts, I didn't care to much for it. lol

I used to look 10 yrs younger than I was before I started trucking.... 11 yrs living in a truck and being OTR made me age very quickly... and now I look older than I really am... :biggrin_1square1:

I lost the ability to guess people’s age about 10 years ago. That’s somewhere around the time when I stopped giving a flip o_O
