Where Are You Continues, Again.....

Yeah... I don't care much.... never dyed my hair... don't wear makeup to hide wrinkles.... and I still have more energy than people much younger than I am...

 

sigh ...... I gotta take a nap after reading 8 posts.
Back in my prime I could read 80 before my pre-breakfast nap.

There is an old saying. You are only as old as you feel, I don't feel old at all. just used up and a lot of hard miles. lol The first time I came to Alaska, I stayed a while and just run around the state and camped in my truck, my Dl expired along with my heatth cert, so I got new ones here. I never looked at my health card, until I got back to the states and pulled in for an inspection. The first time I had to show my health card, it was nice and plastic laminated, first time for that too. lol Anyway I handed it to the dot man and he told me I better have another one, I ask why, that one was berand new, in fact you are the only one that has seen it. lol It was nice and plastic laminated and all, but the doc had not filled it our at all, just a blank card. No biggee, I had the long form and got it for him, it had written on it CAUTION, this driver looks older than he claims to be. lol

 

Yeah... I agree... we are as old as we feel... today I am feeling very old.... After whatever I got at that old hotel in Rio this past week that I am feeling like crap.... body aches everywhere, temp above normal, nose is still stuffed, lack of energy, lack of appetite, feeling weak and staying in bed... I will get better and will feel better... I have been feeling better little bit by little bit... whatever virus I got was a nasty one.... There are many viruses in this place...

 

I’m finding out that one of the side effects of saying no to nicotine is insomnia
I’m hoping to get a few hours sleep tonight

 

If you can find Melatonin 5mg, take it.... and you will sleep....

 

I had difficulty sleeping last night as well.... I was feeling weak and body aching everywhere... nose totally plugged up and couldn't sleep... for hrs in bed... Melatonin is not sold in Brasil...

 

I am very curious and anxious for the results of the blood and saliva tests I took a couple weeks ago.... never had so many... will check stuff that I didn't even knew existed.... all kinds of allergies, vitamin deficiencies, food intolerance, hormonal levels, immune system malfunctions, besides complete blood exam, rheumatism, and other stuff I can't remember.....
I have my suspicions about stuff going on in my body.... but it will be good to see what the results say....
Some of the health problems I have can't be reversed.... would be nice if I could take it easy for the rest of my life.... rest well, eat well, exercise, have a good social life... I have no idea how I will accomplish that... if I go back to OTR trucking.... or any trucking....
