Yes Mr. @MagnumaMoose ... the 5mg was effective for me when I needed... I guess the 10mg is like, take one and forget about everything cause nothing else matters... just relax....

I was surprised and happy to see her here... but for some reason she disappeared... So... oh well.. never mind....

Thank you... I am feeling much better today... it was good to stay in the apartment these days, resting.... that was a nasty virus.. I never get this sick in the USA... but almost every time I come to Brasil, I get something...

BTW... I think I gained a lb or so.... Now that I am having three meals a day almost everyday... breakfast, lunch and dinner... and being able to have snacks throughout the day and eat well....
When I was in the truck I would starve all the time... cause I don't eat junk food, fast food, sweets, couldn't find anything to eat at truck stop restaurants and didn't want to take the time to stop and park for a real seat down lunch in the truck everyday... besides, it's very difficult to eat well while living and cooking in the truck... and running all the time...

 

Well.... I woke up about midnight and now it’s time to decide..... coffee or a nap

 

Spent all day in the apartment here... resting.. and doing some cooking, thinking, planning.... enjoying the view from the bedroom window... this is a nice apartment.. I am glad I found it..



It was a nice sunny day.... I bet the beaches around here were full.... but I didn't feel like going out... want to fully recover before I go anywhere...

 

It's very nice to see the birds on the tree outside my window...

 

It ain't really cooking unless it is fried or barbequed. lol
