sent me to get a spare truck last night and told me to go down to Murfreesboro to pick up a trailer but didn't send a trailer number. couldn't get ahold of any one at midnight so I camped out at the Walmart for the night. sent the trailer number this morning so I got it and took it back to Scottsville. I grabbed my next trailer and headed towards Oak Ridge. got a call that my truck was done so I stopped by Cookeville to get it. Decided that I had time to stop and have dinner with my wife so we met at the BP Travel Plaza in Crossville. come out to leave and found that some Coward Piece of Crap hit my truck and didn't have the balls to stick around . so now the right side of the sleeper has scrapes and dents ....now sitting in Oak Ridge for a morning delivery

 

Oh man.... I am sorry for you... that TOTALLY SUCKS and makes one REALLY MAD... I know I would... Hopefully you will not have any problem dealing with co. about that... Let us know how it goes...

 

I tried to catch up with comments and now I am very late for bed... So, will read them all later... For now, will just say that after all that chaos or the roads in the metropolitan area of Denver, there wasn't one cloud in the sky today... All the way from north of Denver to I-76 and further...



It was "smooth sailing" all day today... And now I am parked at a rest area and welcome center in IA...

Hey, does anyone here know of a FREE place to park from Sat afternoon till Monday early morning not very far from Edison, NJ? I will be coming from the west on I-80 and it seems that there is ABSOLUTELY NOTHING east of that stinky TA in Columbia, NJ... I HATE NEW JERSEY! Gotta go now...

 

There's the Thomas Edison service plaza on I95 a little north of Edison, and another one south. The large Petro truck stop is quite a bit south of there in Bordentown.

...slim pickin's in Jersey.

 

I don't miss going to Jersey! When I did I usually was able to park at the customer or make the drop or pick up and get out of the state to stop.
