Where Are You Continues, Again.....

Been a fairly decent day so far! Sitting at Farris T/S in Faucett Mo. Got about a grand left on the drive, so an early AM departure is in order. Glad to see everyone is feeling frisky and puckish. Must be the cool weather. I had a 27 year old mare try to buck me off yesterday! Apparently she was feelin frisky too! Welp, keep er tween the ditches!

 

Allentown, Penn-syl-tucky getting unloaded..

 

Meridian MS... gettin' close to figurin' out the right headlight unhappiness (no it ain't a dim bulb Cranky) I think the pins in the plug need a little help.

Got all the roasted peanuts in the world... ya can smell 'em 20 feet from the trailer.

 

At the house try'n to decide what to do on such a nice day..

a ride on the chopper sounds good..

 

Spent the day getting our black cherry 379 mechanically sound. The straights and the stainless front fenders should be here by next weekend so I will finish it them. Got to load conditioned cattle for Hereford at Black River Cattle about dark to start the week. I should be back on hopper patrol by Wednesday lol

 

Pick up a load in Florida yesterday... Had to go to a warehouse just to find out that they didn't know where my load was.... broker didn't know either... After a third phone call, I found out I had to get directions from warehouse to go somewhere else to get my load... Then, after waiting about one hr to go from truck line to correct dock... I met customers at dock... inside the building...



They broke the seal of every pallet and packed the boxes on top of each other to make them all fit in the trailer... it took them 3 hrs to load whole trailer by hand... There will be detention pay...

They will be the same ones to unload me at destination... And they gave me permission to park at the delivery dock tomorrow evening...

Does anybody know where I was here in Florida?



Parked at a rest area in FL last evening.... And now parked at truck stop on I-20 in TX....
