Where Are You Continues, Again.....

Was loaded this morning... broker said my pick up was in the afternoon... and shipper never answer the phone... Soooo.... I found shipper's website and sent them an email asking if load would be ready first thing in the morning... And some nice gentleman answer my msg saying, YES... So, I was there at 7:30 am mountain time. Dock was a mother for backing... but I got it done... after some struggle...
Now I am at a rest area in NE and will find a good place to do my reset tomorrow... Will deliver on Monday afternoon in TN.

 

BTW... it's freaking COLD in this place... And it's not even snowing yet... I guess the older I get, the less tolerant I become to cold...

 

Great Bend KS, at the WallyWorld. Picked up at a packing plant in Dodge City... trailer ready when I arrived. Headed for 2 stops in Michigan for Monday.

 

Max Meadows for a splash of fuel and lunch then to the yard..

 

Didn't get a rousing start to my Saturday.
Fixed a tire on the lawn tractor trailer.
Took the busted primer bubble off the weed eater.
Put a new heater hose on my truck and what a difference on the heat gauge!
Cut down a dead tree.
Helped get a pump up sprayer to work.

Relaxing in front of the computer now.

 

home tonight relaxing .... Taking the wife to a Bananna Pudding Festival tomorrow

Drove for 10:30 hrs today and that put me right at a nice big FJ in MO, a few miles from Walmart...
I'm taking my 34 reset till Monday morning before delivery in TN.
Will go to Walmart tomorrow for some shopping...
