Where Are You Continues, Again.....

A five day. Down by Hobby for a job box at 350# going to Ceva. At this point I already knew about an 11am pick up at Southwest Airlines going to a Community center. While stopped at Walgreens for cough drops he called and mentioned a 30 something by 20 something 125# crate. And a pick up of 4 pails of paint. Went to Falcon Crest Aviation supply for two stacked and strapped crates with G550-650 nose wheels. Then got 7 laptops at SW Airlines. Then out i-10 east to Cedar lane turn around to get the paint. Then to McCarty to deliver the paint. Then went to the Community center and dropped the laptops. On the way to Ceva to drop the wheels he sent pick up on Atascocita Rd. and deliver to Oceanex. I asked if I could do that and leave Ceva for last. He said yes. From Humble to Oceanex took 35 minutes at 3:15ish. At 3:30 it took until 5pm to get to Ceva. When I was at Ceva moving the crate to the back I saw they go to Austin. Had I known that earlier I would have lobbied to take them myself!

 

Things seem to be picking up for you

 

Franklin KY on my way to Dalton Ga. Wife and daughter will meet me there and play tourist this weekend

 

I can only hope. This week at least wasn't a total disaster.....

 

After one of the most exhausting hometimes ever, I am back on the road and finally resting some... Slept for 8 hrs last night and will sleep good tonight too... Now parked at a truck stop in KY...



Will pick up on Monday nearby and head to one of my company's warehouse in north of IN....

 

Today was a quiet day... did some walking in the woods behind this truck stop..



I love to walk.... went further into the "woods"...



Spent over one hr exercising, walking and meditating.... Really needed to move my body...

Nice place back here...



Then... back to "civilization"...



Did some cooking in the truck, read some old OOIDA magazines, called some friends... very productive day...



Now going to bed... it's already 30 mins past my bed time...
I am ready to start the week anew...

Got pretty much a useless check. The second day of Fireworks truck will be on the next check. Got a pallet 140# at CE Shepherd and took it to Equistar. Waiting until 1pm to get a 500# pallet at Titan Chemical. Then going to get something at Radiomedix going to Morris Export Packing. Because it has a 4pm cutoff I will deliver it. Then pick up a 15# carton up near IAH and take that and what I get here to Oceanex.

 

Kinda of a dreary day weather wise cloudy and rainy but was in the 60's. Wilson NC waiting till morning to unload unload. Then over to Warsaw NC to load heading to Michigan

 

I really don't wish to be awake now!
