Where Are You Continues, Again.....

We need to warm up the choir......

 

I got to the point where I'm too tired to sleep. two hors sleep every 24? yeah, I would go to bed with eight or even ten hours mapped out for sack time and either go right to sleep and wake up two hours later and not go back or toss and turn and walk the lot until finally getting to sleep two hours before work time. It happens to me about once a year. I always get over it by taking about a week off and chill. I'm back on the road and feeling pretty good.

 

No indication that they need me today.
But got stuff to do anyhow.

 

I called and talked to the Boss. He plans to read my resume and text me Sunday evening or Monday morning. Whatever I do one week gets paid Friday next week. So if I get hired I have to be able to fuel for two weeks. But then I still have two checks at Suzy's.
So it might just all work out.

 

OTR trucking can be very unhealthy... no steady routine... it disrupts the sleeping habits, the eating habits, difficult to exercise... plus the stress... I have been trucking OTR for over 8 yrs now... I used to look 15 yrs younger before I started.... but now.... can't hide my age...
You may feel ok after some rest... but keep doing this long enough and your body will pay the price in the future...

 

I'm at a congested medium/small size Pilot in TN....

 

I feel as if I got run over by a truck. Then it drug me a while. Then it backed over me. Yard sales in July in Texas are brutal.

Here's hoping I get a positive indication later today!

I was intelligently run. Not too far. Did 4.
Nice bunch of folks. Got a 9am pick up at Bollore (SDV)
going to an airline. Was told by one of the old guys that do not be surprised if something else comes up. That can drop as late as 6pm. So maybe don't pick it up first thing. It's gotta be better than Suzy's by a long shot.
And I gotta get out of my truck and into one with AC and cruise control!
