Not planning on it. We have one guy who pulls a 12'.
Eventually the 40' will be up again.
If weight or size calls for it I'll use the company 4500 Dodge flatbed.

I'm a little disappointed it's a 6.5' bed. But 8.5 tailgate down.

how is the truck doing on the job

 

Have yet to have anything in the bed.
Two small boxes in the back seat so far.
Went across town to get them.
Put fuel in this morning.
A little over 15.5 mpg.

 

that's not bad for a 350 in a 3/4
I had a 2000 3/4 4x4 with a 6.0l and the best I got was 14

 

I can't remember exactly what I did first and maybe second today. I did go all the way out to far West County for two pallets and two cartons.
Got fuel before coming home. A little over 15 mpg.
I think it was 6 today with one dry run....

So far so good. 5 yesterday with 3 successful 1 dry and 1 airport transfer rejected. Have the pieces 8n the back seat. Gotta try to get a corrected airway bill and some otherpaperwork this morning and try again.
