My. Vernon IL taken a 10. Made me some Vegetarian vegetable soup and let it cook for 4 hours in the crock pot. Then deliver as soon I get home then off till the 26th.

It was rush rush go go go today... receiver in AZ kept me till 3 am local time because the products were not right.... some shortage, some wrong product which was rejected and put back in the trailer, and some product that was not ordered but they kept it...
Anyway... after that... rushed to San Diego almost border with MX and was unloaded right away... And then, rushed to my company warehouse... just in time to miss the afternoon rush hr traffic... and then did a drop and hook and rushed again out of there.. and avoided more afternoon rush hr traffic...

Now parked on a dirt lot next to a Exxon on i-40 AZ...
the wind has been SUPER strong... bouncing the truck like a boat on the water... so much dust and sand in the air...
Going to bed right now... will leave at 4 am... Heading to my company in OKC for new tires... Bye now...

Got a load out of Effingham that delivers about 5 minutes from the house.
Rates are crazy high right now and I'm liking it.

 

Unloaded in Antioch, TN this morning then made tracks over to Franklin to park for the next week. At mom's in Brentwood for the holiday and drinking all of the old man's bourbon and Scotch.

Ohhh... Mr. @chopper103in .... I'm so sorry for you not having that account any more.... I know you really liked it and don't look very happy going back into the sleeper... Hope you get another account similar very soon...
I used to enjoy a lot the Walmart account when I was with my previous company and that was the ONLY reason I stayed with that mega for over 5 yrs... But as it happens with most accounts, they end... or change at some point and what used to be good is no longer...
That company offered me all the accounts they had at that time but I decided to leave and find another opportunity somewhere else... And after almost 3 months of exhaustive search, I found the company that I'm with now... which is a GREAT place... awesome folks and lots of positives...
