At home in mid NC thanks to the mechanic shop for supplying the old man (me) a ride. Knocked a hole in a piston coming through WV last night! Something tells me I’ll be grounded for awhile. Happy trails y’all may all your traffic lights be green!

 

Adult beverages? Hahaha makes me thirsty!

 

Dawson villa Georgia waiting to get loaded. Was told it was an open pick up between 0800-1700. Got here and was promptly told it’s a 1700 appt and don’t know if product will ready then.

 

Well I made it out of upstate NY on my way to Georgia for Monday..

At my favorite diner in the Keystone now for a quick supper....Gotta keep pedaling hard to stay ahead of that ice/snow mess that is inbound.

 

Dalton Georgia for the night. Waiting for Tennessee and Kentucky to clear up on 24. Hopefully they will have it cleaned up overnight and I can sneak there in morning.

 

That SUCKS when that happens...

 

At a truck stop... not Pilot, not TA, not FJ, not Love's, not Petro... none of that... just a truck stop with a big name that I can't remember... here in MS south of Meridian.... and during my post trip found out one of the trailer air bags is leaking some... had to lay down on the cold ground and get my ear close to find out where the noise was coming from... Will go to closest Petro to get that fixed... on my way to DE...
And may not be able to reset as I was hoping...

 

And you know Mr. @radioshark ... I always call shippers and receivers to clarify all the info that brokers give me to avoid stuff like that... My DSP doesn't like that.... but I do what I have to do to avoid problems for myself... But sometimes shippers and receivers don't answer the phone, don't return calls, don't even have a way to contact... that wastes our time...

 

I better head to bed... gonna be rolling at 3 am central... y'all stay cool.... or warm.... and safe...
