I start getting paid 2 hours after the time I’m told to get there regardless of what customer says

    Yes... that's what I thought...
In my company it's the same... but I always call the customers to double check the info... that helps me with my hrs and my planning....
Now parked at a truck stop on a US highway in DE... receiver is less than a mile from here... went there today just to know what the procedure is at the gate... there will be a line... they will be very busy.... blah, blah, blah..
My appt at receiver is at noon... And after that, will have to run to busy area in MD for another pick up... there's no appt. but shipper told me they would LOVE for me to be there at 8 am... :biggrin_25523:

    chopper103in Thanks this.

I posted these at the other thread but want to "show off"... so I'm posting them here too....

First weight right out of the shipper...

Did some quick calculation and moved the tandems... and scaled again...

I was impressed with myself... :yes2557:

Any of you big strappers ever run hwy 53 from the Gainesville, GA area over to 75 ?
Looks like it would cut off a bunch of miles...I’m in no big rush to go anywhere near the Big A anytime soon.... :bootyshake:

BigBob410, wore out and chopper103in Thank this.

Hey Mr. @'olhand ... I was reading the response I gave you earlier forgot to add that when I sprayed Mr. Clean in the area where I heard the air leakage noise (near the brake chamber and the hoses' connections), there were no bubbles.... The leakage was in another place, at the bottom of the air bag and even sudsy Mr. Clean did not show any bubbles... I wonder if it's because the air was shooting very fast and strong...

Anyway... I am here now... loaded at the dock...

Well I’m back in Beaumont. Heading to Orlando...Wow I could just stay on the I-10 forever. Nice weather. Nice food. Palm trees. Hard to have a bad day.
