This is me, dressed up for my daughters wedding a few years ago.

I’ve set up a small studio at home and am going to pursue a career in voiceovers, drawing on my 15 years in radio in the 80s and 90s.

 

Clearfield Utah at my delivery for tomorrow. I will call it a win today. Crossed Wyoming today only 30 mph winds and 40-50 degrees all the way across. But tonight hugh wind warnings across their tonight and some snow.

I hear you sir... yeah... the attitude of some drivers is "repugnant"... + 4 wheelers that totally disrespect trucks and put us and everybody else in danger on the roads...
What most psss me is the regulations... But I have been putting up with all that for almost 10 yrs now because I really love living on the road... constantly moving... I would like to leave trucking just to have FREEEDOM again.... have a life... take care of my body and my health... But still have no idea what I would do.... where I would go... where I would like to live... cause I have nobody anywhere and no point of reference... So... for now, I keep on trucking....

I'm in LA finishing my reset... will be loaded tomorrow morning in MS and then head to WA near Seattle.... but will stop at my company in OKC on Saturday to return a bad tire and resume my trip...
That weather.gov is not very helpful... I look at it and it shows all clear, no snow no rain... all pretty... and a few hrs later, all changes... can't rely much on it.... I think accuweather is a little more accurate...

 

Finally loaded out of Greer!! Hoorah!!! In Mebane for fuel and a quick 30. Gonna try to push up to the house before heading back to NY.. at least I'm not going to the island this time...but close enough!! Y'all stay warm and be careful!!

 

Hey Mr. @RedForeman ... that link to the NOAA Graphical Forecast is great! Yes... it's much easier to check the weekly forecast... That will help me a lot to better plan my trips.... thanks a lot!
